The Complete Window System

The Complete Boman Kemp Window System allows you to take your basement to a whole new level. The complete system, includes: Easy-Buck, Easy-Well, Double Insulated Vinyl Window, Safety Grate, Plastic Cover, and Escape Ladder. It offers many options for customizing your complete window system.

Easy-Buck

The Easy-Buck is pre-manufactured for easy installation. Its exclusive built-in fasteners make adding an Easy-Well a snap. Easy-Buck sizes range from 48” x 48” to 72” x 60” and are available in white or taupe finish.

Vinyl Window

The double-insulated vinyl window is equipped with a sliding sash, screen, and can be locked from the inside. The finished window opening sizes range from 48” x 48” to 72” x 60”. Vinyl windows are available in white or taupe finish, and can be ordered with either Low-E or tempered glass.

Easy-Well

The Easy-Well basement window well is used to keep earth away from basement windows. It bolts directly to the Boman Kemp Easy-Buck or can be bolted to the wall during basement remodeling. Window wells are available in white or NEW! Natrastone finish.

Escape Ladder

The safety ladder is designed to assist people in emergency escape or egress. It is secured to the back of the Easy-Well and is required in wells deeper than 44” per IRC2003. Available in 46”, 60”, and 72” heights.

Safety Grate

The safety grate is made of rolled angle iron and steel safety bars. It is designed to keep people and pets out of the Easy-Well and hold the weight of standard foot traffic. The safety grate is available as a Buck mount or wall mount.

Lexan Cover

The lexan cover is made of polycarbonate plastic and is used with the safety grate. Keep debris, animals, and excess water out of the Easy-Well with a plastic cover.
